Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want in plain words and change it the same way. If you can write an email, you can run your site.
What’s included in a plan?
Hosting, your own domain, security updates and backups, and payments. App plans add customer accounts, a database and members-only pages. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes.
Are there credits or usage fees?
No credits. You pay one plan price each month and change your site as often as you like. Card payments you take carry the payment provider’s usual fee.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Bring a domain you already own or use a new one; we connect it and set up the security certificate for you.
Can I start with a website and add bookings later?
Yes. Upgrade to an app plan when you need bookings, a shop or accounts. Your pages, words and blog come with you.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your site stays online until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
